trajet qui s’est déroulé dans de bonne condition. 3/4 arrêts sont à inclure dans le trajet. Ce qui fait que nous sommes arrivés à 20h30 plutot que 19h30.
Les 3 dernières heures on été les plus longues à cause de la fatigue. Attention à l’usage de la clim qui est parfois beaucoup trop forte..
Dans l’ensemble pour le prix et le confort = je recommande

Wasn't that good, the bus was awful, old, the made many stops, we left late and arrived of course late to our destination (supposed to be 3.5 hrs moreless) but were a bit more than 5 , the guy who took our luggage wanted money for the bags, was not really good service

Very insistent that I put my tiny rucksack with all my possessions under the bus. I refused because I have medicine, water, food and other stuff I need in there. They told me to put it in my handbag but it won’t all fit, hence why I always bring my tiny rucksack on board.

Der Bus war nur halb voll und die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert. Wir waren zügig unterwegs mit einem Stop bei einem Rastplatz und nach zwei Zwischenstopps in Kairo sind wir in Gizeh angekommen. Die Angabe der Zeit hat gestimmt.

Sedět na motoru v tom teplém počasí je nesnesitelné. Zespod vedro, klimatizace autobusu se nedala uzavřír, takže na tělo mi byla zima. The toilet was unbearable. The door could not be cloused. The stench could be felt in the bus. Toilet paper was missing.

The operator send us to a lunch restaurant which was clearly to rip off tourists. Small portions and expensive as fuck. The operator didn't speak English at all. The driving and stuff was good.

Bus was comfortable and efficient. Staff were friendly. The only minor annoyance were the hangers-on asking for tips for moving bags (unhelpfully) at the point of embarkation and disembarkation.

However, it was my fault. I did not realize that Nasr City was a specific Go Bus stop in Cairo when what I really needed was a Giza stop in Cairo. Nobody was able to help me, so I ended up simply buying another ticket. Also, purchasing through 12Go instead of Go-Bus directly put my seat in the WORST seat (back row, which does not recline for sleeping). Again, better to pick from Go-Bus directly in order to pick your own seat.

Because by Entering the guys want Money for baggage even or was paid before with my ticket; the driver was fast than hell and sometimes really dangerous and was nearly one hour early at Safaga but don‘t let out at Go-Bus-Stop even somewhere at the highway and I must find my baggage by myself and take it out and every other suitcase put back by myself!!! No Service!!! So I must get transfer Hotel by myself!

Good, not great. Got us from point A to B. Just a lot of room for improvement. The bus it itself wasn't in a great condition. Really dirty, with bubble gum stuck everywhere.
Super minor, but stupid things like the person loading your bag in the bus demanding 10 EGP to "baggage handling fee", it's basically nothing but just shows the mentally of the people working there.

The floor in the toilet room was wet, but maybe it was just some random incident. The station is not clear also, I think it needs some improvement

Bus was on time, but we arrived 1,5 hours after the estimated time. The staff was friendly. The Bus was comfortable. Arriving in luxor was a little complicated, because of the big street and the Traffics. There wer lots of people like taxidrivers, they were really pushy. A place of destination that is not so crowded would be nice.

My time at the Hilton in Luxor was perfect thank you. I enjoy many good hotels and this one was world class. Check in was easy. The hotel is visually very appealing. All of the staff were amazing. Our room was very well serviced. The hotel is peaceful. The pool area is superb. The spa is wonderful. The food was faultless. It could not have been better. I hope that I shall return next year.

The departure location on the 12go ticket was incorrect, the bus left from a different station in the city. The time was also incorrect, It said 1:40 but the bus left at 1:33. Because of these two issues, we almost missed our bus.

We were supposed to arrive at 3:30 PM, but instead of traveling from 8:50 AM to 3:30 PM, we ended up traveling from 9:20 AM to 7:00 PM!!! We lost several hours because of this delay. Customer support didn’t respond to us for two days, and nobody helped us. We will never use 12Go again.

The evening bevor travelling with go bus, I have got the the ticket confermation.
When I arrived at Hurghada Bus Station next morning, they have told me, that the Bus I have booked, is cancelled. I had to wait three hours for the next Bus, which had a lower
booking class.
I do not give a vote to the other points. in this case it is just necessary to arrive at
destination.

Old bus, not suitable for westerners. Toilet worked thankfully but of course was filthy. Air con worked. Driver on time. Inadequate inner storage so had to carry my bag on my lap. Seats reclined in front of my hit my knees.
