Very fast. Reliable. Kind hearted driver . The only thing i give 3 star instead of 5 we were transport by small van and have to change to bigger bus in Doboj after 1 hour ride . Understandable because its not too many people onboard from . But i want to have midnight bus is because we want to sleep straight to destination but its not happening . I dont have enough sleep !

Overbooked. Me and my brother got from a-b. It was like the driver just randomly picked who could get on the bus. First, he waved at some people at the nearby cafè don’t know if he knew them or what. Second, he would pick us who had an online ticket, and lastly he would pick those who had a paper ticket. When we entered the bus, it was totally crowded - I think 7 of us stood in the middle of the bus. We were then told to go outside and another bus would come in 25-30 minutes. But then we were offered two seats. Myself at the end of the bus in the middle of a family of 4 and my brother (because and I quote: “you are a big strong man”) got two pillows and sat between the driver and his mate in the front in the middle of the bus. The driver were doing paperwork, smoking and talking on the phone ALL WHILE DRIVING A FULL BUS. And if you don’t believe that, I can send you the videos. So if you want to continue having 4 or 5 star ratings, I highly suggest not working with Globus Turist anymore.

Bus was about 2 hours late with some random stops that didn’t make sense. Left on time, was clean and friendly. Random stops especially when already running late. One stop lasted over 45 minutes and it was just in the middle of nowhere. Meant that I missed a tour I had booked.

Delayed and weird 30min stop to wash the bus. Bus was comfy and well climatised. Driver announced stations. The bus was 30min delayed due to traffic. Then the driver took a 30min break to get the bus washed. That then made 1h delay and I arrived in Sarajevo significantly later than necessary.

The bus arrived to pick us up early, but overall our 5 hour journey was closer to 7, mainly due to border queues. The bus was clean and comfy and the drivers so friendly and helpful (they stopped at a great bakery, told us when we had 10minute breaks, helped us with border crossings etc) 2 people for the entire journey didn't have seats though, they oversell, which is a long 7 hours to be sitting on the floor. So ensure you're at your bus station early to get a seat

The bus was around 40 minutes late in Konjic and it stopped only to drop a passenger. I waved at him but he ignored me until I run in front of the bus, so he needed to open the door for me to get in. It was the last bus to Sarajevo, so if he left me there I would have needed to spend the night and cancel my plans for the next day. Absolutely unprofessional.

We made it to Mostar. We didn't get stuck in traffic yet still arrived 2 hours later than we were supposed to. If it takes 2 hours longer to do that drive, please include that in the timetable so travellers don't get caught out by the delay. Thankfully our hotel let us check in after hours.

Huge delay because of overbooking. Apparently the online bookings aren’t restricted correctly and therefore my bus was overbooked, leaving me to wait for a next one. In the end I had 5 hours of delay… Considering the price it was very expensive for a bad experience.

Своеобразный опыт. Ну, мы доехали куда должны были. В целом в автобусе есть кондиционер. Итоговое опоздание в тиват составило 5 часов, учитывайте это при планирование путешествия. Места кто где сел, по этому получилось сесть только в конце автобуса, и кондиционер там уже работал слабо. За багаж берут отдельную плату (1-2 евро).

Pünktlich. Der Fahrer hat 50% Fahrtzeit mit seinem Smartphone am Ohr telefoniert. Er hat sogar gechattet. Er hat eine Zigarette wärend der Faht geraucht. Man kann auf Vieles die Augen schliessen und Verständnis haben, aber Sicherheit hat höchste Priorität. Telefonieren und Chatten auf so einer Strecke wie Mostar-Sarajevo -das geht nicht, egal was für Probleme man hat. Der Fahrer trägt die Verantwortung für seine Fahrgäste. Mehrere Armlehnen an den Sitzen im Bus waren defekt bzw. fehlten. Das Geruch des Diesels/Abgas war deutlich zu spüren.

the air conditioner did NOT work and there were 35 outside. we arrived 1h+ late. the driver stopped at a random place and turned off the bus. everyone had to go outside bc it was so hot inside. we waited for 30min for the driver. the air conditioning was not working and the windows didn’t have curtains. everyone was blinded by the sun since our ride was during the day. the chairs were 50% in bad conditions. they didn’t bend over….

Smokehouse. The ride was overall good. The drive is beautiful and the air conditioning worked well in the middle of the bus (not so much at the back). After a misunderstanding about my destination, the bus driver seemed to be annoyed at first, but did not stay angry. He became frendlier as the drive went on. I am very disappointed in the fact that the bus driver was smoking in the bus during the whole trip. I understand that smoking is more accepted here than it is where I live and I cultural differences are normal. However, in such a small space, even if he opened his window to ash his cigarettes, the smoke was everywhere in the bus. Since my body isn't accustomed to this smoke, my sinuses are inflamed today after spending 8 hours in this smoky bus. My clean clothes now smell like cigarette smoke. For people's comfort, but above all for their health, I think smoking on the bus should be prohibited.

Cijena. Ružan put, previše stanica, i gospodze sto nemaju respekta prema onim koji pokušavaju spavat (ipak je bila noćna vožnja). Kako se nemoze unaprijed vidit broj stanica? Ja kad sam rezervirala karte tako nije pisalo, samo 3 stanice.
