No one followed the assigned seating so I was unable to sit with my partner, my bus seat was broken and wouldn’t sit upright, and the bus arrived early but there was no announcement or notification so we almost missed our bus.

Bus was late 30 minutes in departure, and also bus seats were overbooked. I didn’t like that seats were overbooked and I couldn’t sit on my reserved seat. Also no one basically sat on their seat.

Super easy bus ride. The coach going was a double decker and so clean and comfortable. The return was single decker and again clean and comfortable. We were a little apprehensive due to not speaking Croatian but a very easy and pleasant trip from Rovinj to Porec. Bit wary of the bus station coming back.

Ride the way there was okay, comfortable. Comfy bus. Timing on the way back was awful . One bus didn’t show up and the rest was 20 mins late so people were left standing at a bus station late at night with no information given . Poor.

Expected more. I liked that there was A/C, power outlet and nice amount of legroom. It was overbooked, a girl that was like 6 or 7 had to sit in her brother's lap, no matter that she had fully valid ticket. Such a SHAME, unbelievable.

get by bus provides low service. Get by Bus is obviously over committed itself. Generally for travelling 10 minutes I had to wait extra 30 minutes, which is ridicules. (300% late against travel time). Which would be in some universes acceptable, but not in that way how it happened with us. I don't understand what is the aim of collecting personal data, if it is not used to inform the clients regarding the delay. It doesn't happen some minutes before the departure time, so it should be a known fact longer time before it. So it seems like Get by Bus doesn't manage to have a live tracking system with their partners and based on it to inform on time their clinets. Also I don't agree with their practise, that you have to make on abroad make international calls just to be informed 20-30 minutes later that your bus arrived with a delay. And "have a nice journey" - no, I hadn't, because I had to be boiled in a random bus stop without being informed in advance regarding the ETA to simply do other things, than waiting..

Travelling by bus in Croatia. Buses on time, reasonably priced and easy to purchase tickets online with my phone app. Some of your buses have free Wi-Fi some do not. This particular bus did not.

Drivers are very unfriendly. Just what I did like that we arrived before time and was not on border for very long . Well drivers are not very polite , the bus was really full and we stoped just two times so was not really good . Some people did occupied two sit some was just normal which I did not understand . I would not recommend to travel again with this company from knin to Belgrade .

Very helpful when I left purse on bus. Left purse on bus. Contacted company who contacted driver. Once found my bank was contacted. Purse then delivered back by bus to Split for me to collect. Real customer service. As bus had so many destinations not all mentioned on card at front and loading a bit complicated.

Poor service, very rude drivers. Overnight Coach, 00:45 - 7:30, could not get any sleep as the drivers were talking very very loudly all journey and playing loud music on the radio, despite switching lights off at the start. We booked this bus purposefully at this time so we could get some sleep whilst traveling between cities and we were not able to. We also booked seats for two of us two weeks in advance and were unable to sit together. The drivers were very rude and dismissed us when asking where we could store our luggage as we had two large bags and two small bags. The fact we had to store our large luggage in our legroom made the whole trip very uncomfortable.

The bus and co-driver wasn’ helpful or friendly! They can’t even speak english! And as a tourist is it clear that we can’t speak or understand croatian! I was really pissed of after this trip! So pissed of that we skipped the bus ride back and took the taxi! Never again! And they also came 30min to late! No words for it! And there was also a problem with our online ticket! They didn’t want accept it! After a long discussion they finally did! And as we asked them of the bus stops they was really pissed of.

Split to Zadar. Driver and attendant were professional and well conducted of their job. Bus did not go into stance advertised, we could have missed the bus if I had not asked about it being late. Also, I found charging K10 for baggage in hold very unusual, normally free.

I had printed my tickets and there was confusion with them . On the return trip was told it was a copy when it was my original print , conductor got cross , very difficult in Croatian however we were able to continue our trip .Suggest you print all documents twice and not on the reverse , single sheets of paper .

Punctual service. No toilet. The rude ticket collector was the worst person I have met all week in Croatia. She seemed angry at life. I have travelled with your company before & had a great experience so it's a shame she was so terrible at customer service.
