Very kind driver and assistant. The driver and his helper who took the ticket were very kind. They also waited a few minutes for me at one of the stops so that I could use the washroom at the station. It is unnecessary to print the tickets! Please allow the option for people to show their tickets on their phone. Also the ticket stated that there was a washroom on the bus, but there was not.

There is a bus station fee of 1,5 euro approx in each bus station in Montenegro on top on the online ticket that you have bought which is not mentioned anywhere, only at the bus station counters. Additionally, if you don't have your e-ticket printed, you are charged also with printing fee in each bus station.

The bus was stuck for hours. The bus was over 1 hour late, it never showed up. I had to take a Blueline bus which became stuck for hours do to a broken down vehicle. I wasted 7 hours traveling from Tivat to Kotor.

TERRIBLE SCHEDULE, travel was supposed to be from 18:20 to 20:05 but we just arrived in Tivat 9:30. I could go from Podgorica to Tivat. They didn’t know what was the ticket I printed as most of people there bought the ticket not online. I had problem with my accommodation as I was supposed to be in Tivat at 20:05. Had to ask people around (passengers) for help as no one working there would speak English. Lesson for me, never trust the time GetbyBus says at the website.

Euro 1 charge as taxes, euro 1 charge for printing for online ticket purchases. The bus journey was safe. I bought the ticket on line while waiting at Podgorica to board the bus to Buva. I had to pay euro 1 to the bus station at Podgorica to get the ticket printed as there was a notice to say one must print tickets!!! Then at Budva I was asked to pay another euro 1 to be allowed to go into the bus station. I was issued a receipt. The bus driver did not even request this receipt only my printed ticket. The entire system is driving customers not to buy bus tickets online. Bus was rather late to arrive at Budva.

The bus driver made a great decision and put the passengers on 2.coaches together so we could get to 2 destinations quicker. A journey that was supposed to take 2 hrs took 5 and a half hours due to an accident. So we had a long time on the bus with no access to toileting.

when I tried to put baggage into the storage, the driver asked for EURO1. Surprise and odd. ok but the station ticketing office woman is very rude. Bus travel is ok. Rude ticketing woman asked for Euro 1 station fee. I understand fee is fee, but she is impatient with someone speaking English to her and became offensive and rude. I just asked her if I need to exchange for a formal ticket, she thinks I am bargaining not to pay 1Euro and spoke like crazy woman.

Nie dotarłem na lotnisko na czas. Niestety z powodu pożarów i korków autobus miał bardzo duże opóźnienie i nie zdążyłem na lotnisko. Poniosłem duże koszty i miałem stres a firma getbybus zaproponowała mi tylko wałczer na autobus do wykorzystania na 6 miesięcy. Nie polecam Lepiej kupić na dworcu dzień wcześniej z zapasem 2 godzin na rano i zaczekać w Podgoricy. Kurs taxi z dworca 15E. Wszystko.

Ponctualité départ. 2 suppléments a payer: 1€ par personne au moment de prendre le ticket (réservation préalable en ligne) et 1€ par bagage en soute. 1h de retard a l arrivée, certes du au traffic à Kotor mais qui pourrait sûrement être anticipé dans l annonce des horaires.

On time. The bus was on time, friendly driver, and seats as comfortable as bus seats can be. Everything was as it should be. Be aware tvat you have to pay 1.5€/ticket at the ticket office as "internet ticket fee" and 1€/luggage that is stored under the bus. The different fees that is not included in the tickets.

Very cheap, ran on time. Was surprised to see the coach waiting 10 minutes before after reading horror stories about buses in Montenegro. All was smooth, a bargain. It wasn't clear how to board or if it was my bus and the driver ignored me trying to get through the barrier. Coach had seen better days but not really a complaint for the price.

Review for the trips in Balkans. The ride was ok. Prices are fair. We had multiple trips within 4 days with GetbyBus. However, it was a tad annoying to ask to print the tickets after purchasing since the tickets do have date, name and all the information necessary. I guess it is aimed to get more money from the tourists within this way. However it is not eco-friendly.

Not enough seats and rude staff. The drivers in the front were very unwelcoming and we almost didn’t get seats because it was overbooked. It was very dirty and chaotic to say the least.
