Dion KThe driver was weirdly touchy (another passenger complained about it too), the bus had to go into the garage halfway to get something checked/fixed, and (but maybe it is always like this) the bus was constantly making a low humming noise, which I can only assume was because the bus driver was not driving in the correct gear (too high) for its speed. Sometimes I would notice him shift gears and the sound go away.

Iara OViP Bus was actually a VIP bus (it's not uncommon that you book VIP amd get an old bus with tiny seats which would cost a fraction of the VIP). Unfortunately the driver honked even for vietnamese standards way too much (e.g. honking 4 times when one car on the other side of the street is driving normally) which didn't allow any of us to sleep. However, after telling and remining him he honked less. Other than that good driver and service, we arrived 30min before schedule.

Punctuality an issue however. Set off 45 mins late and arrived nearly 3 hours late.

Claudine PThe Drive was okay but I’m not sure if it’s better than the normal bus. We started earlier so really go on time. The chairs were very confortable but really not adapted to tall people. We got there very quickly. However, there was music on the whole time which was annoying and the driver drove the passengers to their addresses so once we arrived we drove for one hour just letting people go. I would recommend to look at google maps upon arrival to go out with other passengers. I managed to go out at the perfect time for the sunrise on the lake which was nice !
