Very well organised border crossing, friendly bus driver and helpful host, safe driving, organised throughout including letting us know when we would be having breaks through trip. Left and arrived on time.

The driver honked the horn every fifth minute. We did not get any information about what to do, when to have breaks, how long etc. etc. I know that they say, the arrival time CAN be affected, but we arrived two hours later than expected. No possibilities to charge on the bus.

Great ride. Huge bus and only 8 of us on it. Had plenty of leg space, was very surprised when we received a snack and a can of latte. The seats were comfy and reclined well. Drive wasn’t too bumpy and we had good breaks. Great for the price and they were so so helpful with visas took no time at all at the border!

Great transfer between Saigon & Phnom Penh. Friendly staff (a bit more communication would have been nice around the border), good stops and the bus is comfortable. Wifi is a bit hit and miss but no issues.

Super easy travelling solo from Saigon to Phnom Penh, they were really helpful and explained what was happening when we got to the border and got the visas, arrived a bit later than scheduled but that was because we needed to wait a bit in a restaurant for the visas but it was a nice stop to get lunch

There were no towels, several of the springs in the bed bristled, there was only one toothbrush and we booked for four people. They said in the morning that they would book four bus tickets onward for us, but when we came back several hours later, he hadn't started yet. He would get down to business immediately and would come up five minutes later. But after 30 minutes we went downstairs and he had not come any further. A little to one side there is a masseuse, find another place, they cheated my two children.
