It's not really clear where in the plaza you are meant to wait, I wandered round asking other mini buses if they were 'my' bus and then when the bus did come it was half an hour early and a different reg plate to what I had been given so glad I was there super early and asking about else I could have easily missed it

My only problem was the lack of contact regarding pickup. We were being picked up from a location outside of the bus depot and had no idea exactly where to wait. The pickup was a coffee shop on a very busy corner in da nang, and noone knew exactly where the pick-up parking place was nor the specific vehicle being driven. Apart from that, the ride itself was great and very comfortable.

Driver was on time. First we didn't know where we have to wait for him, but other drivers and in other reviews we read that you have to wait next to the shop "the blues" next to vin Trung Plaza. And we met him there

12go has been truly the best booking site for me. I had to change my travel plans a few times and their response was extremely quick (less than half a day). They were patient and accommodated my changes when they could. When I wanted to confirm the pick up location on the actually day bus I contacted them on Facebook and less than 30 mins later they messaged me on WhatsApp with a map location of the car. Excellent and efficient service!! Kudos to the staff.
