If you are over 6 ft do not book beds will be too small. You are able to put your suitcase in the luggage compartment under the bus, take minimal luggage on the bus as it makes the space you have even more cramped. Lights very bright on the bus, even when main lights turned off. Bus did arrive ahead of scheduled time at the arrival destination.

The service was good but berth should be adapted for tall people. For them is also more difficult to squat and slip into.

A lot of cargo being dropped off on the way to Ho Chi Minh City but all in all, solid trip. Arrived earlier than expected and got to tour the city the way I wanted to. Cheers!

Booked thinking it would be a step up from the local bus companies. Bus was a bit old and worn; reclining seat was broken on my chair, seats at the back didn’t get any WiFi signal. Bus driver was polite but spoke little English, weren’t too bothered by that, but we stopped at Mui Ne and the driver took our bags out the bus and said we were here. Slight panic, but we were assured that we were having a lunch break by a better English speaker on their office. We were given water, blankets and access to movies, which I didn’t use as they were not in my languages, but no problem. Overall the journey was a lot better than the normal bus companies; but communication was average and bus was old.

From start to finish, everything about our bus trip was an absolute breeze. The booking process, finding the bus on the day of departure, the comforts of the bus, the driver, the lunch stop, the journey - everything was fantastic and we wish every bus was like this! I loved the extra touch of removing our shoes before entering the bus, because this makes it much cleaner. Definitely will travel with this company again!

Bus was over 3 hours late to start with. The tickets state ‘include food’ which normally means, food is paid for... but it wasn’t. We arrived 3 hours later than expected in HCMC. Driving was typical, hitting every hole in the road and randomly turning the lights on during the trip. It was an experience. That’s the only way to describe it

interesting bus though im glad I made it to my destination Saigon safely, I would be very wary to those that larger frame the seats are very small and can be rather uncomfortable would have been nice to be put in on the bottom seat but I got put on climb seat which was unusual cheap option though
